1. Introduction

Welcome to NEW AGE INC LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://tnamusic.com/ (the “Site”) and the purchase and sale of goods and services through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site.   

 

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of clothing and accessories for sale through the Site. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.   

 
 

3. Orders and Payment

  • You may place an order through the Site by selecting the products you wish to purchase and following the checkout process.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Stripe), PayPal, and Klarna.
  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, unless an item is backordered. You will be notified if there are any delays in processing your order.

4. Shipping

  • We offer standard shipping with proof of delivery.
  • We ship globally.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except for orders over £50, which qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@tnamusic.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be treated as a return (see Returns Policy below).

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NEW AGE INC LTD or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.   

7. Customer Data

8. Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NEW AGE INC LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site or these Terms.   

Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return of eligible items

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition that you received them
  • With all original tags attached
  • Clean and free of soil or any other marks
  • In the original packaging

3. Restocking Fee

A flat £15 restocking fee applies to all returns to cover return postage and restocking. This fee does not apply to:

  • Faulty orders
  • Size exchanges (however, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with size exchanges)

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered within the restocking fee.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit (you can choose), within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised items
  • Digital downloads
  • Products that pose a hygiene risk (socks, boxers, etc.), unless sealed in their original packaging

8. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tnamusic.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
